Order Pickup Hours Our roastery is open each Monday - Thursday from 9am - 3pm. We presently offer a retail selection and online order pick-up upstairs, in our cafe. Cooperative's Coffee Shop is open daily from 8am - 2pm.
Roastery Location Our roasting facility is located at 210 Haywood Road in West Asheville NC, on the back side of Cooperative Coffee Shop.
Online Order Info We roast and ship online orders M-Th for the previous day's orders. You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your coffee is shipped.

Come by for one of our cupping events, or to pick up a bag fresh out of the roaster. We are not a coffee shop, but we are open for retail purchases and online pickup.
