Come visit our flagship coffee shop, located just above our roasting facility at 210 Haywood Rd in West Asheville! We are open 8am-2pm daily. We've got that freshly roasted, sweet, bright, clean coffee you love. We also have protein-rich, delicious food offerings from Newstock Pantry, as well as pastries, teas, and seasonal sodas. 

We've created beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, with ample room for large groups/parties, and we would love to host you and your friends! We welcome birthday parties, book clubs, running/walking/biking groups, to gather at our space. We are conveniently located just up the hill from the French Broad River Greenway and the River Arts District. 

If you plan on bringing more than 12 people with you to the shop, it may be a good idea to email us and ask us to reserve a table for your party. However, you are welcome to stop by anytime. If you would like to reserve space for a large group, please email shop@cooperativecoffeeroasters.com. 

If you have an idea for an event or class you would like to offer at our shop during our open hours, particularly in our outdoor space, please don't hesitate to reach out.  We're welcoming engagement and want to build out a calendar of events for the community to enjoy! Our roastery is located just beneath our coffee shop. This 2000 square foot space holds our Loring S15 Falcon, our sample roaster, green coffee buying and quality control lab, and training center. 

 We will be hosting coffee cuppings at our roastery on the third Friday of every month at 12pm. Please enter our classroom from the back of our building for the public cupping (entrance pictured above) for this unique opportunity to learn and enjoy coffee with us!
