Levity

Levity was the first blend that we created when launching Cooperative in 2019. For us, specialty coffee is driven by the search for coffees that are light, bright, and fruit-forward. We customarily source the components of this blend with coffees from East Africa and the Americas. 

 We combine these exceptional coffees to create a blend that brings their qualities together, while finding enough balance and structure in the cup to taste delicious as espresso or filter coffee. At the same time, we are able to swap out these individual components as the seasons change to include freshly-harvested coffees that meet the mark, allowing Levity to be consistently delicious throughout the year.
