Totality (Dark Roast) - Mexico

TOTALITY, a total eclipse. For a brief moment, the sun becomes completely covered by the moon and the world is engulfed in darkness. This darkness is represented by our darkest roast. Until recently, Gravity was our darkest coffee offering, but we knew that there was a need for something more developed, a product that reaches second crack in the morning and expresses the classic flavor notes of molasses, fresh tobacco, and a full body in the cup. We provide that with Totality, by taking a sweet and balanced single-origin coffee and roasting it to bring out these dark and comforting attributes. 

Our current iteration of Totality utilizes a coffee from Cari Coffee of Mexico.
