As with all of our blends, Cozy Creature is formulated from seasonally fresh coffees. Our goal with this winter blend is to give you the very best of the chocolatey, baking-spice flavors that delight us in balanced roasts of coffees from Central + South America, paired with some of the complex acidity of coffees from East Africa. As of now, at the beginning of November, we are blending coffees from smallholder farms in Jaen, Peru + Chiapas, Mexico + Gera, Ethiopia. In December, we plan to shift the recipe to include a coffee from small farms in Huila, Colombia.
